• Do not use PalmFit while driving, operating machinery, or in situations requiring attention
• Be aware of your surroundings when shaking your device
• Calorie calculations are estimates and may not be accurate for all users
• We are not responsible for any injury resulting from use of the app

All content, features, and functionality of PalmFit, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. User Content

Any content you submit through the app (such as competition names or usernames) must not violate these terms or any applicable laws. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

8. Competitions and Social Features

When participating in competitions or using social features:

• Play fairly and do not attempt to manipulate results
• Respect other users and maintain appropriate conduct
• We reserve the right to void results or remove users who violate these rules

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to PalmFit at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
